Same weight

IMG_6533Back to 5:45am get ups for work.  Not feeling it!  I had a (rather large) bowl of blueberry wheats and Jordan’s rasberry crunch for breakfast.  I weighed myself this morning and weigh exactly the same as I have done the past three weeks which is frustrating!  Part of it will be down to eating lunch now though which I never used to do.  I will hopefully get round to starting the 30 day shred tonight after work.  My room at my parents just had no space for me to be able to do it so despite taking it with me and having the best intentions I resigned to starting it today.  Measurements to be taken and posted tonight!
